Multi-Family Residential

In 1995, Bach began building and developing multi-family projects as a means to create risk diversification. This enabled Bach to become more financially stable and create a balance between the short term single family housing market and the long term multi-family investment market. Locations were established along the Wasatch Front corridor in Northern Utah. Shortly thereafter, in order to diversify its portfolio into other markets, Bach began to establish properties throughout the Western United States. Bach continues to develop one to two luxury properties each year.
