Our preferred lenders can help in determining what type of financing best meets your needs.  They will be able to help provide you a better understanding of the programs that are currently available and help you in simplifying the financing process.  Their expert assistance will enable you to put financing worries behind you and concentrate on your decision to build a new home.  Bach Homes requires a pre-approval letter to be presented from one of our preferred lenders.  This letter of approval will be granted at no cost and with no obligation on your part.
